Why We Do Not Cover Up

At Leading Renovations we tear out every job we do back to the wall studs. We do this for a few reasons. First, we cannot be sure we are completing a lifetime warrantied remodel if we cannot be sure what’s inside your walls is in good condition. Second, we want to inspect for any unseen mold and mildew issues that might be in your bathroom that could be making you and your family sick.

The owners of the company are present working on every job, and are certified in mold and mildew inspection and removal. We are fully aware of the hazards of mold and mildew and go the extra step to ensure a safe, long lasting bathroom for your home.

With out using sub-contractors and constantly training ourself and employees we are able to offer our knowledge and expertise at a lower cost then the companies that just cover your existing tub and walls.
